2007 SV211 will not start when its hot.

It seems like the relay panel is getting very hot and not allowing the ignition relay to work correctly. The boat starts right up if you jump the relay. Has anyone lived this issue? Wondering if the relay panel under the engine cover should be moved to where the relays will be cooler?

What does it do when not starting? Crank slowly like dying battery or no turn over at all? Hear any clicking, all other gauges on?

The starter relay clicks, but the engine does not turn over. I can pull the relay out and jump across the terminals and the engine starts right up. I have bought another starter relay but haven't installed it yet. The weird part is when the engine is cold, she starts fine. All the gauges are on and don't die when you hold the start button.

I have just checked the original relay and using 12v works great. The terminals I'm jumping across to get engine to start are 30 and 87.the issue only happens when the hot, that is what is strange about this whole thing.
