2007 SANTE starboard ballast pump shot??

I have been having some issue with my starboard ballast pump not operating. I finally got a chance to throw a volt meter on it and it is getting power but the pump will not fill or drain. When I turn it on there is a light buzzing on the pump but nothing happens. Is the pump shot?

More than likely, yes. They should be fairly cheap and you'll probably have to take the tank out to replace it.

These pumps are usually mounted upside down so take the hoses off and remove the pump. Then remove the screws holding on the top of the pump to get at the rubber impeller inside. It is most likely the problem. Replace the impeller. Buy spare impellers to have on hand.

Do you know where I can find those rubber impellers?

New impellers is all that i needed with a very similar sounding problem. Even if the old one looks to be in good shape, spend the $35 and it will solve the problem.
