Yes. You have to remove the metal piece that slides over the back of the light. It is difficult, but can be done with needle nose pliers. Then just push the light out through the front of the panel.
Oh, and you have to cut the wires...
Take note of exactly where the wires are connected, because the power runs from the switch to the light and then out to whatever it controls, so they must be hooked up exactly like they currently are or there will be issues.
