I also never got this problem resolved. My local dealer has been no help - maybe because I didn't buy from them (I moved), or maybe they just don't have a resolution. Regardless, this is a pain because it renders rider profiles mostly useless.2012 SANTE 230

It needs a new sensor. They get water inside the connectors and Corrode internally. Nautique still doesn’t have a real “fix” and will continue to pay for replacements until a better sensor is obtained. When the ballast reads 100% and you know it’s actually empty, scroll down to the settings screen and then choose a screen that I believe says “power diagnostics” tell me what the suspect sensor voltage reading voltage is in the lower rh corner of the screen.

Ok. As long as you’re POSITIVE (put boat on trailer or up on hoist and press empty) that the ballast is physically empty. You have a sensor issue. It needs to be replaced. For now, unplug that sensor and the system will use the timer half of the system, then cycle your battery switch off. Then, You will need to fill (let fill until it stops itself), and then drain (again until it stops). Should be calibrated now for the timer.
