No matter how much attempt to drain, snaps back to 100pct immediately upon trying to fill. Short-term going to try and disconnect sensor located at very back stbd side engine compartment and see if it fills. Real fix is new sensor it seems. Ugh!
Just to be clear, it sounds like you are not able to fill ballast on that side. Can't you over-ride the sensor and fill it anyway? You should be able to still use the boat just fine, but turn the pump off and on manually.

I dont see how I can override from the cockpit on either the ballast screen or the surf screen with user settings. It's show 100% and so pump runs for 10s and then trips off either way. Is there another software angle to override?

Interesting. Mine allows me to cycle pumps regardless of the % shown on the screen.
I also never got this problem resolved. My local dealer has been no help - maybe because I didn't buy from them (I moved), or maybe they just don't have a resolution. Regardless, this is a pain because it renders rider profiles mostly useless.

ID:	584205 I took a pic. look at voltage. There was a g23 nearby and I asked for readings. He had all 0.9ish.
Why do you think your Port and Belly Senders volts are so much less than your Starboard Ballast Sender? Seems odd

Nautique still doesn’t have a real “fix” and will continue to pay for replacements until a better sensor is obtained. When the ballast reads 100% and you know it’s actually empty, scroll down to the settings screen and then choose a screen that I believe says “power diagnostics” tell me what the suspect sensor voltage reading voltage is in the lower rh corner of the screen.

Ok. As long as you’re POSITIVE (put boat on trailer or up on hoist and press empty) that the ballast is physically empty. You have a sensor issue. It needs to be replaced. For now, unplug that sensor and the system will use the timer half of the system, then cycle your battery switch off. Then, You will need to fill (let fill until it stops itself), and then drain (again until it stops). Should be calibrated now for the timer.

Don't use the rider presets. If you just turn on the pumps in the main menu, they will run until you shut them off or they overheat.

Here is a visual of my ballast sensor with high voltage . My starboard ballast sensor is toast and done. Always states 100% full when there is zero water in starboard ballast tank

I tried but from ballast screen with tank showing 100pct (but tank empty) when I pushed ‘fill’ it would run for 10s and then stop.
