2015 G23 Ballast Issues

Ok. As long as you’re POSITIVE (put boat on trailer or up on hoist and press empty) that the ballast is physically empty. You have a sensor issue. It needs to be replaced. For now, unplug that sensor and the system will use the timer half of the system, then cycle your battery switch off. Then, You will need to fill (let fill until it stops itself), and then drain (again until it stops). Should be calibrated now for the timer.

Even with pictures how in the heck did you find the correct plug on the back interior wall of the stern ? I saw 10 or more plugs on the back wall and gave up. For now I moved 800 lbs of lead to starboard side until I can get dealer to replace sensor .Not ideal but better than no weight on starboard side while surfing

Hmm, there are a lot of hoses but just the one plug there all the way in the back. I accessed it thru stbd storage - could only get one hand back there and couldn’t see, but had friend guide me. Was able to pop it with one hand.
