Just received my 100 amp alternator upgrade kit, it didn't come with any instructions. I figured out the wiring just fine but I can't get the pulley to line up. I tried the spacer that it came with but it sits out to far, without the spacer the pulley rubs on the alternator and sits in to far. I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem, if so what is the fix. Thanks Justin

Yes I had same problem. I went to my local hardware store and purchased another spacer and some washers and played with different arrangements until I got it perfect. -
You can pull your spacer off your original alternator as well and try that. I reused the original alternator pulley also I recall.Comment

So I ended up buying some thin washers and stacking them until it was aligned, Thanks for your suggestionsComment
