I am having issues with my 2003 196 volt meter. My dealer says it's an gateway issue, I am looking for help on trying to fix this so my volt meter will work again. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying that your volt meter is not working at all or that it's low? If low, there was a known problem back then that the battery lead to the gateway box wasn't big enough and there was a voltage drop between the batter and the dash, causing PP to complain about voltage. So, a second battery lead wire had to be run from the battery to the gw box. -
