V Drive unit-2008 230

Hey everyone! Been a while since I've been around these parts! Hope everyone is doing well!
I have a, hopefully, easy question.

2008 230, had a 343 originally, but now it has the 409. Did these motors share a V drive? Or were they different? If they ARE different? What is different?

Going from memory, there wasn't a drive option when ordering a 2008 230. And I dont see anything about an upgraded drive with the 390 option in the 2008 book that I still have.

Well, I didn't mean you could PICK a drive. I mean, if the boat came with the 343 is it the same drive if it came with a 409?
Reason I'm asking is a boat for sale with a 409 but came with 343. I don't now if it the original V drive that came with the 343 will handle the added torque value and loading.

Same V-drive. It would have been 1.48:1.
