Looking for input. My long owned 95' Pro Boss GT-40 while running perfect otherwise forever has started to occasionally (while running at skiing speeds) cut off abruptly for about one second then continue normally. I haven't troubleshot yet but replaced the fuel filter and added "Heat" to the fuel in case its due to water in the fuel. That didn't change anything so starting wondering about this ECU issue I've heard of over the years. I've replaced both fuel pumps at some point in the past. I found this thread and most is over my head but great there is a solution to the ECM's going bad. I need a spare for when it goes despite my current issue might not be the ECM.
Two questions...
1. Anyone with directions on what to look at for my issue or think this is an ECM starting to go?
2. Anyone that I can pay for a plug/play ECM fix other than the one at Nautiqueparts.com My parents have a 96' GT40 as well so might want one for them too.
