Port Ballast Tank Wont Fill 04 SAN

Need some help here. I want to check out everything before I take the boat to the dealers.
Took the boat out yesterday and the ports tank would not fill. The starboard filled just fine. The port pump was working fine becasue I turned off the starboard pump opened up the engine compartment and could hear it running. Bother valves were open also, the ones at the helm as well as the safety valve on the intake. What else can I check out?

With the valves open will the port tank fill when you are moving? If it will not fill while moving I would check for a clog in the port side line. The valve is before the pump so if you picked anything up from the lake it may be stuck in the valve.

Re-install the pumps right on the brass valves, then replace the flow-wrongs with the T-H valves after the pumps. That's what I did on my 05 and it works 100% better, no more priming issues and no more self filling.

Problem resolved. I had a piece of something in the line. Tank fills just fine now. Thanks guys.
