    Impeller change

Switching out my impeller for the first time in my 2014 210. It's a lot different than my 2003 210. I got the housing off of where I believe the impeller is. Then there's another piece(picture below) that I'm unsure how to remove. I don't want to apply to much force until I know how it needs to be removed. Thanks for the help!

I can't quite tell from the photo, but it looks like you took the pulley off the shaft. You didn't need to do that. There are holes in the impeller pulley that line up with three bolts that hold the housing together. You can pass a socket wrench through the holes and loosen the 3 bolts that hold the housing together.

Note that these 3 bolts do not come all the way out. They are "captured" in the housing. Just loosen them until it's obvious they aren't threaded into the other side.

Ha! ha! No worries. Once you replace it the first time it's easy after that.
