Ballast set up LINC with Pro Ballast

So got out on the water today for the first time(nice 42 water and 50 air!). Love the new to me 2014 210. Having some issues getting the ballast right. First my set up is stock with 850,s in each locker hooked up like pro ballast and 500 piggy backer in the bow. Whats the sweet spot for wakeboarding? I'm a intermediate boarded but my crew has some guys who will go after it. They of course want the full 850s.

I'm also confused on how to set up the user profiles with the extra weight. Say i want stock filled with 1/2 the 850's. Does this have to be done manually or can you set up a profile to lock in the right amount each time?

Also, can't remember how the Hyrdo gate is best used.. For and wakeboarding/surfing. As for Slalom skiing(I know it's not the best but will be skiing time to time) add some belly/bow weight and hyro gate to the opposite of wakeboaring?
