I am trying to change the transmission oil in my 206. I have the excalibur 330 engine. I tried buying a drill pump to suck out the transmission fluid but it did not seem able to suck it out. Any other ways to change this?

WHen you buy the hand pump they should give you a few different lengths and sizes of hoses to use. Its a tight fit but most of them will go through the fluid check hole. After that you can begin to remove the fluid

By chance did you have your drill spinning the wrong way for the pump to work correctly? You may not of got the tube into the fluid or it could have curved inside of the housing and drew air. double check the pumps direction and play with the hose moving it around, rotating it and sliding it in and out of the housing until it starts to pump out the fluid.

Hey I just changed mine, and the trick is you have to get the pump hose into the small hole (5/16" dia) that the dipstick goes through. It will take some practice, or a light to look down into the tranny to see where you need the hose. Make sure your pump has a 1/4" od (mine was a "suck up" brand I think, got it from Skidim) on your suction side, it should be able to fit in the engine oil dipstick.

I got me one them there Suckups too, works nicely for the tranny as well as any other fluids. I was able to bleed my trailer brakes with it as well, but you have to make sure you get a good seal on the brake bleed fitting.

I had the inlet and outlet set up correctly and I had a tube that fit into the dipstick inlet. The only thing I could think of was that the tube was sucked up against the side of the housing and not able to pull anything through. I moved it around a bit after that, but the drill pump may have been smoked by then. I am going to give it another try tonight. Thanks for all the info.
