Yes. It's a coastal edition and I use it in brackish water
Agreed, sounds like you need a new steering cable. In the future, turn your steering all the way to right, which pulls the cable all the way into the sheath. This will prolong the life of it.
Not sure, but that might be a warranty claim since the boat is likely less than three years old.
