211 SV Team (2005) screws for ski pole

the screws mounting the ski pole in my boat are pretty shot and don't look like they were the original,

any idea in in what I need to replace them with please?

I can't find the size and supplier for the screws. Would like the right ones so they look right and fit flush.

any ideas? Thanks
