    Pcm 1.23 Transmission

New to the ski nautique world, been around cars and boats for a while, just never have owned a nautique until recently. I have a 1995 ski nautique with the gt40 engine. Well im about 99% sure I burned up the transmission last weekend. I looked at my tag on the trans to try to identify it and there is no ratio marked on it. It does have pcm 40 marked as the model though. I did some research and figured it was a 1.23:1. It is a standard rotation engine with a RH prop. I should be able to replace this trans and bolt in one of the pcm 80a transmissions from skidim from what I understand. This post is pretty much me just double checking that I'm not overlooking something or not seeing the whole picture lol. Thanks!

Check with Fantastic Finish Marine in Ohio also, they sell the trans you need. Replace the damper plate while you are at it. Be sure and do a proper alignment when reinstalling, engine/trans mounts may need some bench work to get everything free and moving easily prior to alignment.

CorrectCraftFan has a good thread/video on proper alignment, believe its in the FAQ thread/section.
