2010 210 speedometer (linc) stuck

Hi guys,

Yesterday I launched my 210TE for the first time this season. I noticed that the analog speedometer wasn't working at all

I'm having trouble figuring out if this gauge is fed by a paddle wheel or if it's digital as it's accompanied by a LINC v1 screen. I'm also having trouble understanding how to calibrate it. The manual speaks of a knob under the dash pod, but I have no such thing in my boat.

I'll gladly take any ideas and suggestions on how to fix this issue with a non working speedometer.
