Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had accessed the heater core on a G21 before. I believe I would have to pull off the starboard bow seat backing in order to get to it as I didn't see anything behind the panel below the throttle by the helm seat (where the heater hose comes out of).
The reason I need to access this is apparently a mouse got into it and clearly died - every time I turn the heater on it smells awful and I can still somewhat smell it even with the heater off and vents closed. Probably the same mouse that chewed a whole through my port ballast bag (I may do a write up on this - it was a project to replace but saved $500 in dealership labor).
If I were to access the heater core, is it possible to even get to where this mouse may have died? I'm hoping its just one of the hoses but I have been unable to locate where the mouse might be exactly.
Any tips are appreciated.
