g21 trash can help

i want to say in advance sorry, and certainly no rush...

my new to me g21 came with what think is NOT the right trash can. it looks like it should fit under the opening lip. the former owner must have lost it and replaced it way a undersized one, as it sits down a few inches.

so i am politely asking someone to do what i usually hate for people to ask me to do - cause i am lazy... can someone with a g21 take a look at their trash can and please provide make and model # of the trash can? i assume it is a standard bin...
