PP help and disconnected wire location

I replaced the engine in my 99ss/San a few years ago and adjusted the pp linkage the best I could. Does this look right?

Also, so u guys know where these eyelets connect? They are on the right side of engine by the trans cooler.

What motor? Can you tell where those two wires come from? Black and green typically mean ground wires.

Gt40, they are on the right side of the motor and come out of the wire loom in front of the trans cooler. I've been running the motor without them but would like to hook them up.

They are most likely grounds for something. Can't really tell from the picture how big the ring is but there is a bolt on the side of the engine head that is used as a grounding point and attaches the engine lift plate to the head as well. Here's a picture of that grounding point. See if those rings fit that bolt.
