Check Engine Light/Oil Pressure

Looking for some guidance regarding a check engine light on 2009 210 SAN. We had marina pull the codes last weekend when it came on-- said it was low oil pressure. They also did a whole system check and found no issues. This weekend the light came back on. Have determined that it comes on the day after wakeboarding. I noticed it seems to be eating a lot of transmission fluid... I don't know if it's somehow connected to oil pressure sensor. Would it be beneficial to have them perform an oil pressure check? I'm wondering if it is the sensor itself though because the gauges all look good. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

The sensor can certainly fail. Heard of it happening a handful of times. You could test with a manual gauge and see.

What's your oil level look like on the dipstick? What does the dash gauge show for oil pressure?

Oil on the dip stick looks great right in the middle. The gauges are all normal they go up as the RPM's go up.

Can the tranny trip that too? I have noticed it's eating a little more fluid.

I'm afraid to run it hard but I can't see anything wrong. I'm going to have them check it manually to make sure it's good first.

I have never heard of the transmission tripping that. If the transmission/V-drive is low enough on fluid to create low pressure, that would trip a different warning.

I'm running 75 on oil pressure at higher RPM, is that normal for 2009?
