"I have a 98 ski nautique. 310 HP I lost ign key and took ign switch out to take to locksmith to get key made.......I didnt mark down what went where...im stupid. There is a a double wire red, double wire purple, orange w/ white stripe, and a yellow w/ red stripe. 4 terminals on back of switch are marked B,A.I,S what wires go to what terminals?

I am going to assume the lettering goes like this B - battery, A- accessory, I - ignition, S- start. Pretty sure most boats would follow same color code standards so if you have a wiring diagram you could chase that or follow those leads to those places.
