Is there a service manual that provides detail on how to properly rig the tower cam locks? One of our locks will not catch properly. The last Nautique dealer I spoke to suggested I purchase an aftermarket tower (not kidding). Any help would be appreciated.

With tower up and lever latched see how much play tower has. (This is the amount of shims you will remove later)
Take the outside cover plate off. With tower up take out bolt that holds saftey cable.
lower tower remove clip holding aluminum latch handle behind outer cover.
pull Handle out. 2 bolts hold latch assembly down inside. Takes long Torx bits.(harbor freight sells long bits).
There are shims under this latch. Remove the needed thickness of shims and reassemble.

The aluminum handle is basically kept in by a c-clip with a small straight set screw. But to see/get to it you have to take off outside tower cover.
no diagrams that I know of.
After I adjusted my tower by removing most of the shims my latch now locks in my tower super tight and I don't even need the saftey blocks.
