2001 Air Nautique 210 Horn Location

HI, Could someone please describe where the horn is located on a 2001 SAN 210. I have searched and have only found the description for a closed bow boat. Horn stopped working over the winter and based upon the searches it sounds like tapping it or adjusting the screw maybe a quick solution. Thank you ahead of the for any help.

I should be under the observer's seat (port side) and almost straight up as you peer in. If you look from the outside you should see a plastic screen cover between the tower legs...that's it.
