2011 210 SANTE FCT5 tower diagram

Might anyone have a diagram or know where I can obtain a diagram depicting the bolt pattern at the base of a 2011 FCT5 tower? I'm exploring the idea of fabricating a barefoot boom attachment point. Basically I intend to slide a 1/4in piece of stainless between the fiberglass and tower foot. A template would make this sooo much easier.
