Asco valve instllation help (ballast system)

    I have 04 Super-air in Japan.
It has the problem in ballast system.(water leak)

This bulletin board was seen, and the Asco 8210 Electric valve was bought. However, the manual is not detailed. The valve was not able to be opened in the test.

    How can it be opened?
Is it the best to take wiring from which part of the pump?

Please put the photos if it is possible.

#I am not good at English.
When the mistake is found in sentences, I'm sorry.

RE: Asco valve instllation help (ballast system)

To open the valve, you must input the correct voltage and enough current. Second ,do you get a low pressure ASCO, for electric valve, there are low and high presssure type valve, if you get for high pressure valve, may not open if there are no high pressure input ,

      Thanks for youe answer.

      My following valves were bought.
      8210G95 12/DC
      air int 40psi
      water 40psi
      11.6watt

Whether my valve is a high pressure or a low pressure is not understood. It ties directly to 12v 105amp battery and it tests. It is not possible to open it yet.

          Thanks for answer
No reaction even if it connects it with the battery.
It hears of neither the spark nor the sound.

2 red lines and a green line has adhered.
I connected 2 red line in + and a green line in -

Connect one red to + the other red to - don't use green, valve should open.

                  The valve was installed.
It is very good. The problem of leak was solved.
                  Helm Control is unnecessary.
The adjustment of the wire is also unnecessary.
It is possible to control with the switch of the ballast pump.

I like to make the independence of port and stbd.Right and left balance can be taken. The water supply time can be shortened.

I bought my solenoid valves at STC Valve.

                        http://www.stcvalve.com/I-Solenoid-spec-2W-2S.htm

They are much cheaper than Asco and have a higher CV rating. Nice guys too.
