2002 wiring diagrams.

I am looking for the complete wiring diagram. The diagrams on the web site do not show the power going to the CB panel. Exactly I am looking for the three main red wires that bolt to the side of the of the control box that holds the CB's I have had the boat completely apart and may have missed a plug. I have 12vdc on both sides of the CB's at the rear of the engine, the 50,15, and the 12.5. On the end of the CB panel where main power and grounds tie in I have nothing. Check top of battery positive to ground on CB Panel 12.5. Check positive post on CB panel to ground on battery 0.
I checked the main connector at the rear of the engine and have 12.5 volts on two of the wires going to ground. Ideas?

I found it, the 20 amp fuse holder was bad by the battery it had gotten tucked up under the plastic wire loom out of sight.. The wiring diagrams do not show this fuse. Ready to go to the lake now.

Still looking for the complete wiring diagrams for the 2002, Including the console, The wire locations on the plugs does not match up with the drawing.
