Ballast filling overnight

I swear I hit "back to dock" and then check and see the tanks are in fact empty prior to shutting down for the night. Yet in the morning I see the boat resting in the water at "angles".
I leave it on one battery to keep the bilge pump active, I am not on a lift.
Two days now the port and starboard tanks will have water in them. Not just a small % but above 40%.

I have a similar issue. I have new impellers to install to see that helps address it. That is what was suggested from my dealer. I'm hoping to install later today so I'll let you know if that works for me. How many hours would your impellers have on them out of curiosity? Also, the replacements they sent me are green in colour which I think represents how stiff they are. I believe there are yellow and maybe red ones also?

This is a known issue, and was addressed in mid-2015 by Nautique on the new boats. Starting mid-2015, ballast valves were added to combat this issue.

Since yours is a 2016, I am willing to bet that the valves aren't adjusted properly. They can be adjusted, and should have been at the dealer before delivery, so that they close all the way. They are physically disconnected when the boat is shipped to the dealer so that they can force them open to drain all ballast water at the factory. The dealer hooks them up and adjusts them.

Yeah, so after I posted this I went for a surf and filled them up.
Did "back to dock" on the way back. They were completely empty. I turned off the batteries.

Come back about 20 minutes later to get the boat on the trailer and check the tanks and the belly tank was at 93%. Emptied the tank again...
I have 34 hours on the boat. This is not cool!!!

Are you still back to dock and empty cycle when you turn your batteries off? The valves likely wouldn't close if that was the case. Or they're not adjusted correctly as Jeff said.

Had a friend with same issue . He adjusted the valves so they closed more he said

I have the same problem on my 2015 G23. It's always the port side that fills overnight up to 50%. Funny, even if I drain it, when I go for a ride the boat leans to the port side which is very annoying. I've also closed the valve to the ballast pump but it still fills overnight. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Turns out the port ballast guage was way off. I had selected "Back to Dock" and the ballast pump ran for a while until the Linc guage read empty. The boat was still leaning towards port, so I pull everything out of storage and opened the access panel to the port ballast and found it completely full! I manually turned on the pump to empty and it did empty. The next morning, there was more water in the ballast, but again did manual to empty it. It's painful that it fills overtime, but at least I know not to trust the gauge. If anyone knows a way to stop the filling, please let me know. Thanks!
