Blinking green light on keypad

Hi guys,

Finally getting ready to use my PAN as we've been having such crap weather here..., new battery in, go to punch the code but green light on right side of keypad is blinking. I try my code but nothing happens. Power to blower and bilge pump. Tried unplugging keypad and plugging in again no change. Removed and put back lanyard. No change. Keypad obviously getting power and I see backlighting on keypad.

Suggestions? Ideas?

Update: installed a bypass switch to start. Will look into changing code since #4 does not respond well.
