2008 SANTE 230 - Bilge Issue - Dash light not working

I've got a 2008 SANTE 230 and it seems my bilge is not working when I am running the boat in normal operation (toggle switch in "All On"), but if I throw the toggle switch to Bilge only, the bilge will operate. When I have the toggle in "All On" the dash switch for the bilge will not light up when I press it either.

Here are pics of the two switches I am talking about. Any thoughts? Click image for larger version

weird...wonder if it is just the 3 position switch? here is what the back of my 2008 210 switch looked like.

I recommend a using a test light. you may have a corroded wire on your bilge float switch lead. start there. trace current at each wire splice.
