    Prop Recommendations - GS20/ZR4

Up in Lake Tahoe this weekend at high elevation (~5,000ft). Boat really struggles with full ballast and a full crew using the factory supplied prop. Any recommendations on a prop for this boat at high elevation. Only will be surfing/wakeboarding, no interest in slalom with perpetual lake chop. Thx

Just asking to be sure. You did use NCRS with the proper settings, correct? I loaded the boat one time and forgot to set NCRS. I thought I had a problem. After an "on the fly push of the button, the boat reacted like it should. 6.0L H4 motor.

I would get something like the acme 1235. I used to run that on 220 in tahoe with the 6.0 and it did much better than the stock prop which was a 537. The difference between the 2 was 13x16 and 14.5x14.25, so I lost 3 mph on the top end, could plane an extra 1500 lbs, and the odd thing eas my rpm at 30-32mph was identical with both props. I used to waterski that boat at 32-34. Do you know which prop you have on your boat now?

Thanks to Keith and MJP for the replies. To Keith I had Auto/High NCRS set to high but I do think I haven't seen consistent engagement. The 2nd day when I could see the blue NCRS logo the boat was much better but unfortunately getting that to engage seems temperamental. Looks like 'Back to Dock' and tanks to zero seems to set that up but again strange. Thanks to MJP for the recommendation. It's clear I need a high altitude prop.
