What is the easiest way to drain the tranny oil? Thanks

They sell a little pump, either electric or hand crank. You stick the tube in through the fill spout and pump it out. BKH2001 Super Air

I've heard that pumping it out can be tricky and you can't get all the fluid out. Here is what I have been recommended:
-place a disposable oven pan in the bilge
-remove drain plug from bottom of trany
-suck fluid out of pan however you would like
-refill trany
I'll be trying this method shortly as I'm a few hours overdue on the change. Oh, this was recomended for a direct drive, not sure if a v-drive would be different.Jeff
