    Panaray Audio screen not responsive

2017 G23 with Panaray. The audio screen function does not respond visually to touch or control. The volume always stays at 30 no matter how loud it is. The same goes for the EQ settings. Anyone seen this or know how to fix it?

Known issue for Nautique with no fix currently. On our 2017 G23, the following repair attempts were made unsuccessfully before Nautique told our dealer that they have an issue with no fix:

    -Replaced Stereo head unit
    -Replaced Linc Screen
    -Replaced Encoder controller
    -Another stereo head unit
    -Inspected JDAB cables twice
    -Linc update
    -Beta linc update

Best thing to do for now is shut off the boat (and battery switch if necessary) and then turn back on and you should be back in business until it happens again.

Nautique has told me that they expect to have a solution sometime next month. The rumor is that it may involve a new stereo head unit that will be standard on the 2018.

I second Heel5man, ours is doing the same thing..power down, battery for us, then power back up..I have heard the same thing. That 18's will be getting a JL head unit, that will work in 17's...Keep our fingers crossed that this rumor is true...

Ok thanks. I will stay tuned. Powering mine off or on does not seem to have an affect.

Not sure if coincidence or not but my dealer Robertson Motorsports sent me some info that if in your settings under dealer settings you need to make sure the head unit reads UM1A. Mine was not. It is now reading correctly and everything is working as it should. However it appears that if you turn your power off at batteries or run them low, you may need to reset it.

Same issue on my '17 G23, sometimes I disconnect reconnect from Bluetooth, sometimes forget device and repair and lastly battery off and on. Seems to do it the most if you go to Mute or heaven forbid take a phone call! Pretty frustrating.....

I've had the same issues on my '16. Just had the latest software update and it was no fix until, like stated above, I had to go into the dealer settings and change it from the standard polk setting to the UMA1 Zone Control setting. It did help a little bit, but there are still a few bugs. Hopefully the new JL Head unit coming out on the '18's will be able to retrofit into the earlier models and it would be REALLY nice if Nautique would do so as a warranty repair...won't hold my breath though.
