Can anyone tell me if can get an ECU Stater replay at my local auto parts store?
PMC part number is R130011. Or, can anyone cross reference this number to a more locatable number for my local auto parts?

Yes you can. I have read that NAPA has them, Look on Correct Craft fan for the part number.
