Amen. That is silliness. I meet my tech next Friday at my lake house/boat house.

No, the red lines are the heater hoses. The black lines are the fuel lines. Looks like a couple zip ties will do the trick. I will do it myself.

        What is the other recall?

On a positive note, Premier Motorsports came out in put a new idler on it yesterday after receiving a new one next day air from Nautique. We are very happy with the service from the dealership!

gmdog2 That is great. I have had some bugs on mine and Nautique and The Dealer have been phenomenal. The dealer has single handedly recovered any issues I have had and then some. Having a dealer that has your back makes all the difference in the world. Worst case is if something breaks out of your control, warranty covers it and aside from any downtime, if the dealer is great its a stress free process! Good to hear you were taken care of quickly!

Can someone put pictures of fuel lines incorrectly routed, so we can check without going to the dealer if the dealer is far away..... Please no discussion on dealer area, you will be disappointed .

I have an H5 in my 230.....is it just the G series that has the issue?

According to my letter it is all GXX. By the way the letter has been posted earlier in the thread. However, Nautique might have a second letter for SANXXX, but I doubt.

I looked at mine today and they are fine. I was going to take a pic before I corrected it but nothing to take a picture of. I would say if it looks different than the "fix" posted then make it look like the fix. Looks like whatever it is, a couple zip ties would do the trick.

Can you explain your 'fix' in more detail? And how did you get in there to access it?

shanesj posted a picture on the first page of the rerouted lines. That is exactly what mine look like. Open your engine hatch and storage hatches and remove the port side engine divider panel. This should give you plenty of access.

All you are trying to do is get the fuel lines away from the belt and pulley. The fuel lines are the black ones in the pic. The red lines are the heater hoses.

Thanks. That's what I thought. And then just zip tie the hose in place to something solid? So it cannot come in contact the belt/pulley.

Exactly right, it takes about 5 minutes to fix. I took a couple of zip ties and anchored them to the bracket where your shock absorber attaches for the port side rear compartment. Here's a before and after photo.....notice how close the red hose was before and the black that was starting to show up on the hose, like it came into contact with it a time or 2.
