After a few zip ties.....I've got about 30 hours on it since the zip ties, no issues at all.

That's great information and piks!!!! I will check mine out at the lake tomorrow, and fix if necessary. Will also take piks to share if anything looks good/bad/dangerous.
Like some of you the drive to the dealership closest to me involves a LONG drive!!! Plus borrowing a truck, and hours on really busy roads into Charlotte NC. Thank heavens for this forum and others willing to share their knowledge.

Hogwild , that is crazy! It looks like your heater hoses were the issue and not your fuel lines.

That wasn't even the TSB!

I just had mine in to get fixed. I called my dealer to ask about it and the service department seemed surprised I knew about it.

I'm surprised I haven't received the letter, as the dealer said I would when I started this thread. Ron certainly knows me; that is for sure. I wonder if I've had it for such a short time that I'm not in Nautique's data base? Who knows, but for detail freak like me, the lack of detail is just killing me...

You are correct and I said the same thing, but I was told if the line were to contact the wheel and bust it would cause an overheating issue with the engine....the mechanics of why were explained to me but I forget. On another note, my neighbor has a 2017 G23 without the heater option. I checked his for him and the hoses weren't even close to the wheels and appeared to be already zip tied and screwed to the side of the hull, so it was a non issue for him. Logic tells me it's only on boats equipped with heaters.

But the letter comes from Nautique, not the dealer correct? The only part the dealer would have with the letter is calling (like they did me) and getting all of my address/boat information to Nautique, which I assume is part of the sale paperwork process...

Correct, my letter came from Nautique. My dealer called me to make me aware of the issue and a letter was coming and offered to drive down and fix it (6 hours away) once I found out what it was I offered to do it myself.

I got a phone call from my salesman this afternoon; no letter yet. Not sure if mine even needed anything--you can see the zip tie attached to the side of the boat in the bottom center of the photo. And I have a heater.

Different angle; but I added the three white zip ties just in case. Just like in the similar case above, it seemed like the red ones were more worthy of the zip ties than the fuel lines.

Close up of the zip tie that was there. I was recently in for the 25-hour service and it's possible that they added this zip tie then.

Mine has a heater and both were fine. Probably depends on what day of the week the boat was made. Ha!

to answer your other question, if the heater hose tears or gets ripped off then you are basically running engine water out of the engine! **** right that will cause an overheating issue!
