2006 SAN 210 ballast not emptying

what would cause all 3 ballast puppy pumps to not empty. The lights flash, but they will not turn pumps on that direction.

What are gauges reading? If empty b/c the senders are unplugged or you have a loose connection at the gauge they want empty.

I thought the gauges were independent. I thought those pumps would run until shut off... or run dry would kick in after they had been on for a few minutes with no water supply. I will check again later. I had no idea the sending unit/ gauges were tied into the ballast puppy pumps.

Go wiggle the wires on the front side of the port rear locker.
