Also to answer the second half of your question, Nautique is working with Garmin on a replacement watch for the Pebble, but the terms of the partnership are not complete therefore Nautique's Surf Select modules still work off of the Pebble even though Pebble is out of business. Sort of lame I know, but our only option currently if you have purchased a Nautique with the Surf Select feature. Nonetheless, I use my Pebble Time each and every time I surf. I love the features.

      Hello,

I`m trying to downgrade my pebble but the link in the Nautique pdf brings me to a sharefile login - that doesn*t give me a download file. Are the correct firmwares still available? Does anyone know where to get them from?

      thank you!

See step by step instructions in #15 which I posted. You need to go to the Rebble site for the download. Link attached.

You do not need to downgrade anything for a 2017. That boat came with the Surf Select 2.0 module which runs the latest and greatest firmware and app.

            Hi Charles,

sorry but i'm really confused now...don't I need the Surf select app on the pebble watch? Because when I add it, it is disabled and doesn't appear on the watch - the app tells the Nautique Surf Select is not supported ...

OK, let's get some details here:

              - Which model of Pebble watch do you have, specifically? There are only a couple that are supported.

              - Is this going to be used with the 2017 G23 listed in your profile?

              - Was that boat optioned with Surf Select?

              -Charles

                Yes, I have a 2017 G23 with Surf Select.

I have a pebble classic (which I had already connected to the boat until I installed the new version of the pebble app which updated the software) and a pebble steel.

Can I only use the old Version of the pebble app (this is not working anymore on my android phone) - or can I use the newer version too?

Is there any manual on which steps to take?

                best,

There is no manual. All of the support as near as I can tell comes through here.

OK, a Pebble Classic is just fine. You need the latest and greatest of everything.

The instructions are already in this thread. You need the newest version of the Pebble app on your phone. Once the new app is on the phone, you MUST open a browser and go to auth.rebble.io and login there. That will repoint the app on the phone to the Rebble servers.

That worked! Thank you very much for your patience!

@everybody else: just follow the guide step by step (unlike me) and it will work just fine

I have a 2012 Super Air Nautique 210 TE and I was wondering if I could connect a Pebble watch to it. I am planning on adding the NSS to the boat this winter but I was wondering if I can still connect it.

Replied in the other thread. No, it cannot be done. Pebble watch integration didn't start until 2016.

Can any of you using the Pebble Classic, confirm that the "next track" function works using the stereo controls? That seems to be the only feature that has never worked for me.

Sure, but only if your phone is connected to the stereo via Bluetooth or USB. It will not work if you're using an AUX cable.

Good to know Charles. Although I use Pebble Time watches vs the Classic model, I wondered why next track feature never worked on my watch, but I normally alway use the Aux cord. I will try using my Bluetooth to see if that feature is functional on my Pebble Time watch on my next surf session
