Yes I did have a fuel pressure gauge connected to rail and it kept dropping then coming back up. I will buy the fuel pump and see if that fixes it. And these relays? Can I buy them at same place I get the pump from? And also do u think it may be the fuel control cell going bad too? Sorry for all the questions I need to get this thing fixed asap?

No it's not the fuel control cell. That's just a container for the HP fuel pump and a filter. If the pressure is dropping on the rail then it's the HP pump. If the fuel control cell is running dry then it's the LP pump.

I don't think the fuel control cell can 'go bad', it's really just a canister that stays full of fuel so that the high pressure pump has a constant supply. There's also a fuel filter in there, possible that could be clogged as well.

Yes you can get the relays from nautique parts, here's the link:

If you do the key on/off several times without starting the engine, confirm you hear the low pressure pump each time for 2 seconds. if you do every time then I'd say your relays and low pressure pump are good, so loss of pressure is likely the high pressure pump. If the low pump doesn't work each time and it's failing while the engine is running, the fuel cell will run out of gas and the high pressure pump will have nothing to pump and give you the pressure loss until the low pump fills the fuel cell again.

I feel your pain! You just want it working again but if you take a little extra time to try and narrow it down then hopefully you will only have to buy the right part that you need.
