Perfect Pass Stargazer Problems

I have a 2008 sv211 with a PCM EX343. I installed a PP stargazer GPS unit 1 year ago and all has been working well for about 60 hours. Was out this week and went to use the PP. turned it on and it won't engage. The gauge is set up for 9.9 and it beeps when I get to 9.9 but won't engage to maintain speed. It also blinks more throttle even though I am now at 15 mph. Contacted PP and they shipped my a new box for troubleshooting but it still does the same. So I know it's not the PP box. I ran the diagnostic and it appears there is a communication problem with PP and the motor.

Has as anyone experienced the same issue and could direct me where to start looking for a fix.
