Steering question for 210 owners

Update: drove boat at 22mph with stock ballast full. Marked steering column with tape when boat moving perfectly straight. Back to dock, removed cap and 3/4 nut. That didnt work, steering wheel wouldnt budge. Removed the 6 hex bolts on the wheel and voila, wheel off. Put wheel back on straight. There are about 12 holes you can use to line it up. Cap back on.
