Victory Red Fading?

I wanted to check with people who have victory red boats and see if they have experienced their boats fading/oxidizing badly? One dealer I spoke with said that the victory red seems to fade worse than other colors. I personally love the color and would like to order a boat in it. What are your experiences with it?

The 2017 PN G23 is all Victory Red. I have only had it for a year, but it has held up very nicely. I was worried about this too. I have heard that red fades faster than other colors. I haven't had any issues though.

I have a 2014 210 that has a lot of Victory red(see pic) no signs of fading at all so far...

I only had my 2015 for a year. But never put it side by side with a new one. I did not notice any fading.

I would only shy away if my boat spent most of the summer outside with no wax.

Red does fade more than other colors if you don't keep it out of the sun. Our neighbors 216 has faded in the stern as it gets a lot of sun but that's after 10 years and it should clean up like new with a buff or wetsand.

12 years of a red hull and red deck. Most of this time it was garage kept. However, it was stored outside for a few years with a boat cover and then a big tarp that covered any exposed gel areas. No fading. However, there are some small spots where it was hit with a buffer to clean up some surface scuffs. That was not me, but it is a bit noticeable. My wife doesn't see it, but I do. Eventually, I'll clean, wax and buff myself and bring it all back to an even shine.
