    Sport 200 Centre Ski Pylon

Anyone ever have an issue with the centre ski pylon breaking loose and bending the cup?

There is a post on here where someone's was off center. He went in and straightened it up as well as reinforced it.

No issues with my 2015 Sport 200 pylon and we use it a great deal.... did recently hear about a 2016 ski Nautique with a broken pylon

no issues either. I also use/abuse mine quite a bit. last winter I pulled the floor and drilled the pylon and "cup" for a quick release pin. we have had a barefoot boom connected just about all summer as well as logging alot of slalom hours!

To pull the floor are there fasteners under the rear seating box or just the 2 screws?

Bent mine while skiing at 35 off. Not certain if it was a result of the spring lock disengaging.

just the screws. the flooring should slide towards the front of the boat. that is the main reason for me pinning mine. i didnt trust the pylon to stay locked. i too short line ski and was concerned with it releasing. the ability to use the boom is just an added bonus!
