    Gelcoat Issues

I have a 2013 sport nautique and a surf board hit the back right corner of the boat and cracked the gel coat (I think) where does a person go to fix this or what do I do to prevent the spider crack from spreading further

Ouch! I doubt it would spider further but looks unsightly no doubt. Cracks will have to be ground out and re-gelcoated. Best left to a professional, in my opinion.

That's large enough that I'd take it to a professional. Small chips/scratches/etc are easy DIY issues, but that entire area of gel will have to be removed and replaced. It's not terribly difficult, but it's time consuming....and an area that big will take some skill to make it look original.
