Hey guys, both of my board racks are loose and rotate clockwise and counter clockwise about 2 inches. Its loose on the round part of the rack where it mates to the swivel. It looks like the black Nautique plastic piece would pop off and there would be screws/bolts behind it, but after prying on it a little bit it doesn't want to come off. The allen screws on the back side are tight. Any ideas or a breakdown of the board rack? thanks!

Charles, is correct. The "medallion" screws are accessible from the bottom of the backing plate. Once the medallion is off remove one bolt at a time and add some loc tite to each bolt. DO NOT over due the loc tite as it will do the opposite of what is suppose to. A light coating on 3-5 threads should do the job. While yourIf you need any other assistance PM me and I will be more than happy to help out.

You'll have to look under there to find it. Loosen that one and that plastic cover will come off. Under that you'll find another bigger allen screw. You can simply tighten it, but it's better to take it out, hit it with some blue Lock-Tite and put it back.
