The cover on the Bimini Top has two buckles at the rear to hold it on when the Bimini Top is in the closed folded position. Those two buckles have been hitting the underside of the top of the tower while traveling and have chipped away the powder coat as well as left plastic residue on the tower that I cannot seem to remove. Any one else have this issue? Any thoughts on a way to safely clean the tower and repair the chipped areas?
