Actuator dims

Hey guys, some of you may remember me looking for a sunpad actuator for a '96 Super Sport. Anyway, I pulled it out of the engine bay and it appears to be about 23-24" when in the "closed" position. Since it's dead, I can't get the length when in the "open" position and I don't know the weight I want to get when ordering one (meaning how much weight it can open/close safely).

Hoping someone can lend some dimensions/specs, a replacement model or something.

Thanks in advance. Oh yeah, it also sucked pulling the battery knowing she was going down for her winter nap.
