    2001 SAN Ground strap?

Just winterized my new boat and noticed the ground strap isn't connected to to block or maybe the starter. can someone show me a photo of where it goes? The large gauge wire that bolts to the Aluminum frame. .... Click image for larger version

That’s the correct location to the aluminum sub frame. Other side is to Engine or bell housing. Find one of the big bolts and install it. Not critical which one.

I do wonder how it starts without this but probably there are multiple paths to ground maybe through Engine mounts.

I think it's supposed to bolt to the starter... but want to make sure.

probably someone changed the starter and forgot to re-attach. Another bell housing bolt will work fine. But starter is perfect, too.
