Ski Nautique Drivers Seat Back Removal for Skins

97 Ski , How do you remove the driver seat back ( 3 bolsters) to put new skins on?

Anyone done this, I haven't found any screws holding the back plate on and tried to slide it up and down with no luck??

The 3 buns are supposedly not attached to any other part of the vinyl on the seat. They supposedly come off some how. I ordered the middle skin from C&S and asked them. They said they are researching it and will get back to me. Hopefully they come through.

On my 96, which is a 1 piece seat, it was just Velcro on the back of the seat near the bottom.

Alright here is what I got from C&S who got it from Christine's. Not sure I understand it yet fully but when I get my skins I will try and let every one know how it went.
